Wyze Noise-Canceling Headphones: A Frustrating Experience

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the Wyze noise-canceling headphones. I’ve had them for a while now, but only started using them recently. Overall, I was really impressed with the sound quality and the noise cancellation feature. They were a great addition to my daily commute. However, recently I’ve encountered a problem that’s been quite frustrating. The headphones won’t power on, even after charging them overnight. The light indicates that they’re fully charged, but pressing the power button does nothing. I’ve tried resetting them by holding down the power button for 7 seconds, as suggested by Wyze support, but that didn’t help either. I’ve even tried charging them for an extended period, just to be sure.I reached out to Wyze support about three weeks ago, but I haven’t heard back from them yet. It’s been really frustrating, especially since I rely on these headphones for my daily routine. I’m starting to wonder if I should stick with Wyze products or look for alternatives. If anyone out there has experienced a similar issue or has any tips on how to resolve this, I’d really appreciate hearing from you. I’m hoping someone in the community might have a solution or some advice on how to get in touch with Wyze support more effectively. On a positive note, I’ve heard great things about other Wyze products, and I’m still hopeful that this issue can be resolved. I’d love to hear from anyone who has had a positive experience with Wyze products and how they’ve managed to get the most out of them. Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions you might have. Let’s keep the conversation positive and supportive!
