Hey everyone, I recently installed a Wyze outdoor camera and it was working perfectly until yesterday. Suddenly, it got stuck on a single image and wouldn’t update. I tried turning it off and on again through the Wyze app, but it didn’t help. Now, the camera is showing as offline. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
I’m wondering if there’s a way to restart the camera remotely without having to physically access it every time. Maybe there’s a setting I missed or a trick to get it back online?
If anyone has any suggestions or solutions, I’d really appreciate it! Let’s hope we can get this camera back up and running soon.
