Hey Wyze Community, I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has encountered this frustrating issue with the Wyze Pan V3 cameras. Since updating to version 4.58.11.4679, I’ve noticed that while my cameras are recording continuously to the microSD cards, I can’t seem to view those recordings directly through the Wyze app. It’s incredibly inconvenient because I have to physically remove the SD cards and transfer the videos to my computer just to review them, which defeats the purpose of having a smart camera system in the first place.
Let me walk you through what I’ve tried so far:

Formatted the SD Cards: I’ve tried formatting each microSD card individually, thinking maybe the issue was with the card itself. Unfortunately, the problem persists across all four cameras, so it doesn’t seem to be a card-specific issue.

Reset and Factory Restore: I’ve reset each camera to factory settings, hoping that a clean slate would resolve the problem. However, upon restoring, the issue remained unchanged.

Checked App Updates: I’ve ensured that both the Wyze app and the camera firmware are up to date. It’s possible that this is a bug introduced in the latest update, but I haven’t found any mention of it in the official release notes.

Checked SD Card Compatibility: All my microSD cards are within the recommended specifications for Wyze cameras, so I don’t think that’s the issue either.
The only workaround I’ve found so far is manually transferring the videos from the SD cards to my computer, which is time-consuming and not ideal. I’m really hoping someone out there has a solution or has encountered a similar issue and managed to resolve it.
