Wyze Smart Plug Troubleshooting

I’ve been a big fan of Wyze products, especially their smart plugs, but I’m running into an issue with two of my plugs. They were working perfectly until recently, but now they just don’t respond. I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps—unplugging them, resetting them, even trying to pair them again—but nothing seems to work. The plugs just keep blinking blue, and I can’t get them to connect to my network. I’ve heard about firmware updates, but I can’t even get to that point since they won’t pair. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I’m really hoping to get these working again since they’re part of my holiday decorations setup.
