Wyze Thermostat Issues: Seeking Community Help!

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out to the community for some much-needed advice. I’ve been a big fan of Wyze products, but I’m really struggling with their thermostat. I’ve had it for a few months now, and it’s been a constant battle to get it to maintain the temperature I set.

Here’s what’s been happening: I set it to heat and hold at 75°F. Right now, the outside temp is 55°F, and the thermostat is reading 79°F—even though the target is 75°F. I’ve tried everything—adjusting the differential temp, changing the behavior settings to Max Comfort, even using a thermostat sensor. Nothing seems to work.

I’ve double-checked all my settings, and they look correct. The Differential Temp is set to 0.5°F, and the Behavior is on Max Comfort. I’ve also made sure that the Hold feature is enabled and that all schedules are set to Home. Despite all this, the thermostat just doesn’t seem to care.

I’m really hoping someone out there has experienced something similar and can offer some advice. Have you had issues with the Wyze Thermostat maintaining temperature? What did you do to fix it? Any tips or tricks would be incredibly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help. Let’s see if we can figure this out together!
