The unboxing experience was something else—different packaging styles, with the 47 being more square and the 44 having a longer, sleeker design. Right out of the box, I noticed some key differences that I thought I’d share with the community.
First off, the charging cables are direction-specific. The 47 charges from the right, while the 44 does so from the left. That’s something to keep in mind if you’re switching between the two. Also, the magnetic hold on the 47 feels a bit weaker compared to the 44, which has those handy metal dots on the outside for a better grip.
The displays are another area where they differ. The 47 has a rounded design with the screen almost reaching the edges, giving it a more modern look. On the other hand, the 44 has a square display with larger bezels, which I personally find more classic and timeless.
I’ve been digging through the forums and specs, and I’m curious if anyone has a detailed breakdown of the differences beyond what’s listed. For instance, the 44 has a 1.73-inch screen and a 250mAh battery, while the 47 boasts a 1.75-inch display and a 300mAh battery. The charging cables also vary in thickness and length, which might be a consideration for some.
