Hi everyone, I’m currently in the process of setting up my smart home and I’ve been eyeing the Xiaomi Mi Home Gateway as a potential solution. However, I’m a bit overwhelmed by the number of versions available, and I’m not entirely sure which one would best suit my needs.
I’ve come across the latest Aqara ZHWG11LM model, but I’ve also seen the Mijia DGNWG05LM being mentioned quite a bit. I’m curious to know if these two models are compatible with each other or if they serve different purposes. Does one offer features that the other doesn’t? I want to make sure I’m making the right choice, especially since I don’t want to end up with devices that don’t work together seamlessly.
If anyone has experience with either of these gateways, I’d love to hear about your setup and any tips you might have. Are there specific devices or integrations that work better with one model over the other? Any insights or recommendations would be incredibly helpful as I try to finalize my decision.
