Yale YRD220 Locking Issue

Hello community, I’m facing an issue with my Yale YRD220 lock where it won’t lock or unlock. I’ve successfully included it in my Z-Wave network using the secure mode, but it doesn’t respond to any commands. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. Device Inclusion: I included the lock using the secure mode option in the Z-Wave binding settings. It was recognized, but no further interaction works.

  2. Log Errors: The logs show an error when trying to send commands to the lock:
