Battery-powered Zigbee devices are fantastic, but managing their lifespan requires attention. Using low-power sensors and ensuring optimal mesh coverage can extend battery life without compromising functionality.
5. Integration with Lovelace:
For those using Home Assistant, integrating Zigbee devices with Lovelace can sometimes be tricky. Ensuring your Zigbee MQTT configuration is correctly set up and using the right entities in your Lovelace cards makes a world of difference.

Zigbee has transformed my smart home experience, offering reliability and speed that I couldn’t achieve with WIFI alone. While the setup required some tweaking, the payoff has been well worth the effort.
