Hello everyone, I wanted to share a solution to an issue I encountered with my Zigbee devices. I was trying to adjust the settings for my SED-MTH-G-5045 sensor under the Poll Control settings in EcoStruxure Building Operation. However, no matter how many times I changed the values, they didn’t seem to save. It was quite frustrating, especially since everything else was working smoothly.
After some research and reaching out to the community, I discovered that the settings are only sent to the sensor every tenth minute. This means that if I make changes and check the settings again too soon, they won’t appear to have saved. The solution was simple: wait for 10 minutes after making the changes and then check the dialog box again. Voilà! The settings were there as expected.
