Zigbee Router Connectivity Issues

Hi everyone, I’m facing some connectivity issues with my Zigbee router setup. I recently installed an Aqara Single switch (T1 model without a neutral wire) and it’s not functioning as expected. The switch is supposed to act as a router to help connect other devices, like a window contact sensor, but it keeps losing connection. I’ve tried resetting the hub multiple times and even reinstalled the device, but the problem persists.

I also noticed that the switch doesn’t show the ‘secure’ flag anymore, which concerns me about its encryption status. I’m wondering if this is a firmware issue or if there’s something wrong with the device itself. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with Aqara devices or Zigbee routers in general?

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. I’m really hoping to get this working smoothly without having to replace the entire setup. Thanks in advance for your help!
