These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Aqara Forum Points Program . Members of the Program can earn Aqara Forum Points by participating in forum activities or online events. Points can be redeemed for selected products, discount codes, or value-added services on the My Aqara Forum Points page.


I. Membership

1. Free Membership

  • No purchase is necessary to obtain membership in the Aqara Forum Points Program , but you must establish an account on the Aqara Forum.
  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how the information you provide will be used.
  • This Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

  • To be eligible, you must create an account as outlined in these Terms.
  • Users aged 18 and over may register for an account. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent and have internet access.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account, username, and password, and are liable for all activities under your account.
  • Only one member account is allowed per natural person. Members with multiple accounts will have their Points forfeited by Aqara and may be removed from the Program by Aqara.

You must provide accurate, complete, up-to-date, and truthful information and update it as needed. By creating an account or accessing the site on behalf of another person , you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

3. How to Enroll in the Program

  • Visit the Aqara Forum and register an account by using an email address and password. Upon successful registration, you are automatically enrolled in the Aqara Forum Points Program .

4. How to Access or Change Your Member Information

  • Keep your personal information up to date via the My Profile section of your dashboard.

5. How to Cancel Your Membership

  • You may cancel your account at any time via My Profile → Preferences → Account → Delete My Account .
  • Upon cancellation, you will no longer be a member, and any unused Points will be forfeited.

Points only have redemption value as specified in this program for active accounts. Other than for redemptions under Section III of this Program, points have no cash value.

6. Points Validity

Points are valid only while your account is active and in good standing. If an account is inactive or shows unusual activity, Aqara reserves the right to cancel or adjust the points. The activity and status of an account will be determined at Aqara’s sole discretion.

II. Earning Aqara Forum Points

1. General

  • Members can earn Points by participating in activities on the Aqara Forum (forum.aqara.com).
  • You must be logged into your account to earn Points, which can be verified by clicking the user icon at the top right of the site.
  • Points are credited to your account once eligibility criteria are met. Aqara reserves the right to adjust Points awarded if irregularities are detected.
  • The methods and activities through which Points may be earned are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Aqara.

2. Scenarios Where Points Cannot Be Earned

  • Points can only be earned through specified activities.
  • You will not receive points for the following:
    • Activities you performed before you joined the program.
    • Online activities you did not perform using your registered account.
    • Activities that are not part of the points program.

III. Points Redemption Rules

1. General Provisions

  • Points can be used to redeem various products or services offered by the Program. Aqara may adjust redemption options and availability at any time, with the final rules being those in effect at the time of redemption.
  • Once a redemption is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed, except in the case of product quality issues or technical reasons on Aqara’s part.
  • Points have no cash value, can not be exchanged for currency, and are non-transferable.
  • Account Consistency Requirement:
    • For the redemption of Online Value-Added Services : The Aqara Home account email must match the Aqara Forum account email used for redemption.
    • For the redemption of Discount Codes and Pr oducts : the Aqara Shop account email must match the Aqara Forum account email used for redemption.
    • If the required account consistency is not met, the redeemed goods or services cannot be used, and Aqara will not provide cancellations, refunds, exchanges, transfers, or any other form of compensation.
  • Regional Selection Responsibility:
    Members must select the correct region when redeeming Aqara Forum Points. If a Member chooses the wrong region, any resulting issues — including but not limited to the inability to use the redeemed product, coupon, or service — shall be the sole responsibility of the Member. Aqara will not be held liable for any consequences.
  • Members should regularly check the Terms for updates. When redeeming points, members should adhere to the latest redemption rules published on the website.
  • Aqara reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate redemption rules, but confirmed redemptions will not be affected.

2. Categories of Redemption

a. Online Virtual Goods

  • After you confirm the redemption of Points, the online virtual goods will be issued directly to your Aqara Forum account.
  • You may check your redemption history to view and use the goods.
  • Online virtual goods are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credits.

b. Discount Codes

  • After you confirm the redemption of Points, you will receive a one-time discount code. These can be used for shopping on the Aqara Shop. Copy and paste the code into the discount bar during checkout to use.
  • Must meet the Account Consistency Requirement.
  • Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
  • Certain codes or coupons may not apply to specific products.
  • Some discount codes may require a minimum purchase amount or minimum quantity limit.
  • Some codes or coupons are only valid during a specified period and will expire if not used in time.
  • When a user returns an order on the Aqara Shop, the discount is prorated among the applicable items.
  • Discount codes are non-transferable, non-resalable, non-cash redeemable, and cannot be reallocated.

c. Online Value-Added Services

  • Online value-added services refer to premium features or subscriptions offered through the Aqara Home, such as Home Guardian . Future service types may vary, and specific details shall be subject to the description provided for each individual product at the time of redemption.
  • Must meet the Account Consistency Requirement.
  • Certain value-added services may only be activated or used during a specified period. Failure to activate or use them within the stated period may result in expiration, and no refund or extension will be provided.
  • Value-added services are for personal use of the redeeming user only and are non-transferable, non-resalable, and non-cash redeemable.
  • Some services may require stable internet connectivity, compatible devices, or updated software versions. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary conditions are met for proper use.
  • Once redeemed, access rights are final and cannot be changed or canceled, except for technical reasons on Aqara’s part.
  • Aqara reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue certain value-added services, but already activated services will not be affected.

d. Products

  • When Points are redeemed for physical products (“Products”), the user will receive a unique redemption code. This code must be applied on the designated Aqara Shop in order to complete the order and arrange delivery.
  • Must meet the Account Consistency Requirement.
  • Redemption codes are for one-time use within a specified period and will not be reissued if it expires.
  • Non-transferable, non-resalable, and non-cash redeemable.
  • Orders placed with a redemption code are subject to the shipping, handling, and return policies of the designated Aqara Shop.
  • Shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, import taxes, or any other applicable fees are not covered by Points redemption and must be borne by the user at the time of order placement.
  • Once a redemption has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed, except in the case of product quality issues.
  • If a Product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact Aqara customer service within the period specified by the warranty or return policy. Aqara reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide an equivalent solution at its sole discretion.
  • Product availability is subject to change, and some items may have limited stock. Redemption does not guarantee availability until the order has been successfully placed and confirmed on the Aqara Shop.
  • Aqara is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the user, refusal of delivery, or issues attributable to logistics providers.

3. Restrictions, Exclusions, and Right of Interpretation

a. Fraud and Abuse

  • In the event of fraudulent, abusive, or other activities that Aqara determines constitute unfair use of Points, Aqara reserves the right to cancel the order or void points.

b. Exclusions and Limitations

  • Only one account per natural person.
  • Discount codes redeemed with points cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Points can not be transferred between accounts.
  • Discount codes and redemption codes cannot be applied to past purchases.
  • Points from different accounts can not be combined.
  • Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used within this Program in accordance with the latest rules.
  • Upon canceling their account, a member’s points or rewards will become invalid. All point redemptions must be completed while the membership is still active.
  • Rewards cannot be canceled. Once Points are redeemed, the reward (discount, product, or other) is assigned, and the Points cannot be reapplied to your account.

c. Modification and Right of Interpretation

  • Aqara reserves the right to modify these Aqara Forum Points redemption terms and conditions at any time to accommodate changes in member needs or business priorities.
  • Members should regularly check these terms to remain informed of any changes.
  • The final interpretation of these Aqara Forum Points redemption terms and conditions belongs solely to Aqara.

IV. General Terms

1. Agreement

  • By registering and joining the Aqara Forum Points Program , you agree to these Terms and any associated terms.

2. Program Modification and Termination

  • Aqara may cancel, modify, suspend, or restrict the Program, accounts, Points redemption, conversion ratios, or expiration policies at any time, without prior notice.
  • Changes may affect previously accumulated Points; Members are responsible for staying informed about the latest Terms.

3. Points Balance and Account Records

  • Aqara’s internal records regarding Points balances are final and the point balance is determined by these internal records.
  • Aqara is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate member information.

4. Non-Transferability and Non-Cash Value

  • Points are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and cannot be sold or otherwise assigned.

5. Membership Termination and Forfeiture

  • Aqara may at its sole discretion terminate membership and forfeit Points if a member engages in fraud, abuse, violations, or misuse.
  • Upon account termination, all Points are immediately forfeited.

6. Validity and Usage Restrictions

  • Points are valid only within official Aqara channels.
  • Activities outside official channels do not accrue Points or qualify for redemption.

7. Review and Verification

  • All Points transactions and member accounts are subject to review. Points may be temporarily unavailable during such reviews.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Aqara is not responsible for technical or unforeseen errors affecting Points accrual or redemption.

9. Interpretation

  • Interpretation and application of the Program Terms are at Aqara’s sole discretion.
