Hi, suddenly all my Aqara devices turn out to be offline, even if they are perfectly functional in Apple Home, the two E1 HUBs are connected to the router and the internet line has no problem. I have already tried to disconnect and reconnect the HUBs and briefly press the button, but to no avail.
What’s happen?

You’re not alone. Many others including me have reported this.

The Aqara network is down… presume admins are working hard to bring it back online.

This should never happen if you have your servers in proper order.

In coincidence with a YouTube video from Aqara in Dubai posted there hours ago, the European service is going offline.
