All my Aqara devices have been acting up all day

Hi Aqara friends,

I’ve been having really bad stability problems today, All my zigbee devices keep disconnecting or going offline and thread devices keep going offline, automations won’t run, I have to keep recreating them and then it works for a while and then it stops again. My g5 pro keeps sending me motion alerts hours after they have happened. I’ve factory reset my M3 hub my G3 and the G5 Pro and nothing seems have helped. I’ve also power cycled All the devices and router. My local automations are working but any of the cloud automations are not.
I never used to have problems before the AI and 2.0 automation updates. Ever since they’ve added all that stuff, I’ve been having nothing but problems with automations not working, devices going offline, but today has been the worst, Ive never seen all my devices act up this bad.

M3 last firmware bugged and problem with Notification, scene and automation in Aqara Home App

This is an interesting topic.

When this happens I tend to keep my dirty little fingers off my network and any smart home devices. (I do keep a close eye on things though)

If this is the first time it’s ever happened then I understand poking around trying to figure things out BUT if this has happened before I have a different approach.

I do nothing and leave it alone as difficult as it may be. When the Web is having difficulties or a company has made a software update error or literally hundreds of other things that occur out of my reach they tend to self correct and I didn’t waste any time trying to fix something I have no control over.

I do love reading threads like this one because it tells me I’m not the only one having the issue and there is most likely nothing I can do on my end to fix anything.

It’s sure been the case lately over the last 6-8 months.

You too well at least I know I’m not the only one. Because I really love Aqara products. But man ever since they added the AI and automation 2.0 stuff to the platform it has been really bad and ive noticed it’s all the newer products that seem to act up the most. Cause my m2 hub and g2h pro camera zigbee hub, have been so reliable. They just do their thing with zero problems.
