Get notified when watch is fully charged

One of my automations that I find quite useful and that regularly positively surprises visitors is to get notified when my watch is fully charged. I have the Home Assistant companion app installed on my Pixel Watch and let HA notify me through a TTS announcement on my Google Nest Hub Max when it is fully charged.
