Aqara notifications delayed

Hi All
Anyone noticed that notifications are coming through very delayed.
I’ve noticed it so I did some tests and I worked out that after an event (loud noise for example) it takes around 5 mins before I get a notification.

What region is your app set to? Are you using Android or iOS?
I’ve noticed some people have this problem (for example in this thread).

I notice that with the latest update of aqara home app notifications delays like an min or so

Mine are 5-10 minutes delayed

Hi, I can also confirm. The delay is 5-10 minutes on both Android and iPhone. Delayed notifications came simultaneously (synchronously) on both types of phones.

Is anyone not getting delays? I have not yet upgraded my ring to an Aqara doorbell and now I’m a little nervous

I just installed the G410 doorbell and am about to return it, because notifications take 4-20 minutes to reach our phones.
Chime and video feed are almost instantaneous.
Chime, doorbell and wifi router are all next to each other.
Checked all the background battery/data settings.
We are in Europe.

Same here, at the same time on both phones once the notifications eventually did come, heavily delayed.

It is not about region it is about aqara app newest update witch was before the release of the iOS 26.4 to the public as I was on the release candidate when I receive the new update so I suppose we need to wait for Aqara to release an new update for their app and see then how notifications will work.i am speaking for iOS users since it is what I use

What region are you in, then? Because so far I’ve only seen Europeans complaining about this issue.

Seems to be better today: about 10 seconds. Still enough time for somebody to ring the doorbell and leave.

Definitely strange! My accounts and notifications are delayed too… starts on Friday
