I recently purchased the S1 Plus. Now I feel like the price doesn’t match the device’s stated capabilities. The packaging clearly states “RTSP camera,” but I can’t connect a single one. It also says “Zigbee 3.0 hub,” but the device doesn’t recognize the Sonoff Zigbee leak sensor. Or does your device only work with your sensors? So why isn’t this stated on the packaging?
All I see now is wasted money.
Your developers don’t contribute anything to the development of your products. Why can the free, open-source Home Assistant do this, but your very expensive S1 Plus can’t?
