This thermostat is amazing! I got it setup in only a few minutes. I would love to do smart temperature control based on the average of temperature sensors in multiple rooms. I’m working on a home assistant script right now, but it would be great to have that be a native feature.

Can it do overcool based on humidity? Sensors in other rooms would be helpful too. Any reporting to see your usage? I use Beestat for ecobee today.

If only I could return my 3 month old ECOBEE Premium? last friday was the 90 day mark which means I am no longer in the Costco return window.

Just installed mine yesterday and so far loving it. I just wished it had the HVAC fine-tunning settings (differential temperature, etc.) that most other smart thermostats have.

There’s an “HVAC Runtime” buttton on the thermostat in the Aqara app. It looks like this:

I made a thread about this already Much need features for W200 Thermostat and I know you dont want to just copy Ecobee, but just copy Ecobee’s list of fine settings. It works and is tried and true.

A compressor minimum on time (not just off), heat threshold, cool threshold, overcool/overheat. All of those settings put in would put this on par with Ecobee and Nest in terms of fine grain control many people do want (and may need for their system as HVAC isnt one size fits all).

It looks really good!

Yes that is what I mean
