Hi everyone
Currently, I have everything set up using Zigbee.
I’m aware of the FAQ entry stating that currently only one thermostat can be associated with a W100 to control the temperature and also that this will come “in the future”. Does anyone know of a roadmap on when this will be possible?
On the other hand, I noticed that you can select a certain W600 and then create a group containing other thermostats. You can then connect the W100 to one of these groups, but then the buttons stop doing anything. Creating a group and then connecting the W100 to the first (or any other) W600 directly does not propagate a temperature adjustment to the other W600s in the same group.
Or would I be able to do this via a HomeAssistant automation? Almost all of our rooms have more than one heater, one even has 5.
This does not answer the question. I also would like to know if it is possible to bind the W100 to multiple thermostats or AC controls?
For example, i would like to bind my W100 to both the W600 and the M3 climate control device. Then i would like to use the middle button to toggle control between heating and cooling. Is that a planned feature?
thanks for the reply. I have been using HomeAssistant for about 10 years now, but since I’ve moved into a new house a few months ago, which is completely different, I will have to reconfigure everything. With 14 W600s, 5 W100s and many Hue devices and other stuff, this will take some time…
Let’s see, how it goes.
