H2 Dimmer EU fails to switch to Zigbee

When trying to switch the Dimmer to the Zigbee protocol I keep getting Code 6 on iOS and code 1007 on Android. I have a good network connection and I am right next to the device. It fails with downloading at 0%

I saw on a similar thread that it could be that the firmware files are not yet available from the server.

Is anyone else having this issue? Or have a solution?
