H2 US switch won’t reset

I’ve installed a H2 U.S. dimmer and a H2 U.S. two button switch. The dimmer switch installed easily added into Aqara and HomeKit. The other switch no matter what I do will join Aqara or HomeKit. I’ve tried the two tap then hold for 5 secs reset and the quick 10 tap reset method and neither does anything to reset the switch.
