Hello. I think that W100 has more accuracy, but do not forget that this device is not calibrated and not verified by the metrological service (also T1). If you need to know the temperature very accurately, you will have to install a calibrated thermometer (mercury or other) and perform calibration with fixing the temperature error.
Comparing the temperature of W100 with T1 is incorrect. In T1, the temperature sampling is much smaller compared (T1 takes measurements once an hour or when the temperature changes by 0.5 degrees) to W100. Use my description of W100 settings, make a detailed analysis using the graph in the Aqara Home application.
