I can't pair my Aqara bulb and the Hub M100

Since my bulb kept disconnecting from Echo Studio, I decided to get one to avoid this problem. I was able to connect the Hub to the app, but I couldn’t pair it with the bulb.

Any suggestions? Does Aqara have an actual support desk? Thanks

I had this problem, you just need to select Zigbee in the upper right window during installation (Bluetooth is the default).
Try it, maybe it will help.

This will not help if the light bulb is in Thread mode; with a Zigbee connection, such problems do not arise.
