The new bracket looks good. I purchased 2 x G5 cameras at the end of June and I am finding that it is impossible to orient them correctly on my vertical walls with the standard brackets. How can I obtain a couple of the new brackets?

I have several G5’s, the mounting bracket is one thing that is frustrating, the base plate being plastic is also a concern (it’s weak). Plastic should not be used to mount anything that needs to be secure as in any “security” camera.

Yes, the mount fits existing versions of both wifi and poe.

Is there any update on release date for these? I’m holding off buying and installing G5 Pro’s until this is released, just in case it is delayed or abandoned.
