I have an installation with a hub M2, two W100 units to control the temperature on two different floors, and a T2 relay to trigger the boiler.
I experienced an unexpected power outage on the circuit that powers the M2. However, the T2 remained powered (it is on a different circuit), and the W100 units did too, since they are battery-powered.
After power was restored, the M2 did not reconnect with the various devices, which remained offline in the Aqara Home app. When I manually reconnect my devices (adding them via the “+” option in Aqara Home and pairing them through the pairing procedure), the M2 recognizes the devices and offers to restore the cards as they were previously configured in the app. Eventually, after a few hours, the connection fails again and all the devices appear offline in the app, except for the M2.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue and how to fix it permanently?

Hey there.usually you do not need to restore or reset nothing on such case.did you try to press the button on one device that is offline see if will wake up and start showing online again?
Hi, yes, I started with that, but it didn’t work. So I asked an AI, which suggested turning off all the devices for a few minutes and then manually adding them back in the Aqara app without removing the ones that were showing offline.
It worked, and the app found my devices again with all their settings, but after a few hours, they went offline again
Hi, let me reiterate. I recently described how connections are restored:
In your case, by re-adding the Zigbee sensors (using the “+” button), you changed their routing path. It is possible that they have switched to a path where the signal is weaker than it was before. Also, keep in mind that all devices with a neutral wire act as Zigbee repeaters; turning off such a device will cause the Zigbee connection to break.
Well then could be an issue with ether you internet conexión in M2 or his power supply as if the M2 doesn’t stay stable make the others devices to go offline.my be check the power supply on M2 and see on what distance are those devices that goes offline because if they are to far and there are interference’s on the 2.4 band being unstable could also lead to that
