Retracting latch is not working after firmware 80

@Alfo152 I completely understand how frustrating this must be—having two locks out of order is far from ideal, especially since these aren’t small purchases. Your honesty about the ongoing issue helps the community stay informed, so thank you for sharing your experience. If you have specific suggestions for improvement, feel free to submit feedback through the Aqara Home App (Profile>Help&Feedback>Customer Service) or by scanning the QR code:

, which will help ensure your voice is heard. We appreciate your patience as we work through these challenges together.

I have already sent all the problems and the diagnosis files both via app and by email, but nothing has been resolved. Speed up the release of a new version and try to solve the problem or we will have to change brands. Given the importance of the product for our homes.

@Alfo152 I completely understand how disheartening it is when issues persist despite reaching out for support—especially with a product as important as your smart door lock. I sincerely apologize that your problem hasn’t been resolved yet, even after sharing the diagnosis files.

Currently, there isn’t specific reference information available regarding the release timing of a new firmware update for the U200 door lock. Since you’ve already contacted customer service with the necessary details, I encourage you to continue following up through those channels, as they have direct access to your case and diagnosis files, which may help expedite the process. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and sharing these challenges helps highlight areas where improvements are needed.

Thank you for your patience and for being an active part of our community. If you haven’t already, you can also recheck the Aqara Home App (Profile > Help & Feedback > Customer Service) for any updates on your ticket—staying in touch with the support team will be key here.

Hey ! I previously asked you if you can turn the cylinder manually hard / or can you turn it soft without any force?
I still think by myself that this error appears by a cylinder which needs to much power to turn

Hoping that these problems will be resolved as soon as possible.

LET’S GET IN TOUCH! :mega:

I am experiencing the same problems as well (over and over again). Countless recalibrations (automatically and manually), a complete reset etc. didn‘t help.

Could you please give a timeline for a new firmware ?
