I find this thread after identifying the pattern Direct sunlight/no streaming on my G410. I am worried as this threads starts in Aug 25 with the problem identified. We are end of February 2026 and no solution yet. My firmware is 4.5.20

You need a replacement unit with new HW. FW canā€™t fix it unfortunately.

For anyone having issues with HomeKit on the G100, especially Live view performance. The only way Iā€™ve been able to resolve this is remove the camera from the Aqara app, even if cloud / SD recording is turned off it still seems to struggle when it both eco systems. Iā€™ve configured settings like speaker volume etc then removed from the Aqara app and performance in HomeKit is now much better.

@Aqara_PM_Donie is there is new on HomeKit improvements? The live view just doesnā€™t properly when the camera is also added to the Aqara system. If it runs only in HomeKit (not added to Aqara app) it works ok so something isnā€™t right.
