We’re excited to announce the EXCLUSIVE TRIAL of the Aqara Voice Mate H1 for forum users!
Voice Mate H1 is an accessory for compatible Aqara hubs like the Hub M3*, acting as an external microphone for Aqara Copilot – the Gen-AI-powered voice assistant designed with privacy and flexibility in mind.
This Exclusive Trial is primarily targeted at non-English-speaking users in Europe, aiming to gather feedback on voice recognition across different languages. Up to 240 trial units will be available, and participants can experience Aqara’s latest AI voice control technology starting from just €9.9.
For users in other regions, more trial opportunities will be introduced in the future. Everyone will have the chance to try out our new products at an exclusive low price!
How to Join
- Please fill out and submit the survey below.
- After submitting the survey, you will receive your trial offer code.
- Go to the Aqara Official Store, apply the trial code and check out to finish your payment.
- Once you receive the product, use it with the M3 and other devices to experience Aqara Voice Mate H1’s capabilities.
- Join the official Aqara Slack channel to chat directly with product managers and share your feedback (After June 15, we will invite all participants who completed payment to join our Slack channel via email).

Please read the rules of this trial carefully. By making the payment, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to the terms of this activity.
- This campaign is only open to users residing in the following countries or regions: Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, the Netherlands, Hungary, and Greece.
- Voice Mate H1 must be used with the Hub M3. Please make sure you either already own a Hub M3 or are purchasing the bundle. The Voice Mate H1 will not function properly without an existing (or new) Hub M3.
- A maximum of 240 units of Voice Mate H1 are available through this campaign, on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
- Each account and shipping address may only order one unit of Voice Mate H1. Duplicate orders will be canceled.
- All products will be shipped before June 15. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email using the address provided at purchase. You may also check the tracking details on the product order page.
- This is a trial product and may contain incomplete features or other issues. For hardware-related problems, please contact our after-sales service team for a replacement. For software-related issues, please join our Slack channel, where the Aqara team will assist you based on your feedback. (After June 15, we will invite all participants who completed payment to join our Slack channel via email. Please check your inbox and log in to Slack using the same email address used during purchase.)
- The €30 discount code provided on this page can only be applied to the purchase of one Voice Mate H1 or one Voice Mate H1 + Hub M3 kit. It cannot be redeemed for cash or used in any other form.
- You do not need to return the trial product unless we ask you to do so for the purpose of identifying a product issue. If we request a return, we will provide a replacement.
- The product price listed in this campaign is a preliminary estimate and does not represent the final retail price at official launch.

- Participants are strictly prohibited from reselling the product obtained through this trial. Additionally, any discussion of the product experience before its official release outside the Aqara Forum (including third-party public platforms such as Reddit, Facebook groups, Discord, etc.) is not allowed. Violating this rule will result in disqualification from future Aqara trial programs.
- Aqara reserves the right to cancel orders that violate the above rules or abuse the trial campaign. In such cases, any refund will be processed according to the original payment method.
