The wired power specifications for G400 doorbell

Based on recent feedback regarding the power supply issues of G400, I have added the following solutions for users’ reference:

1. Does your original indoor chime look like the one shown in the picture below?
   

   

2. If the first point is true, do you accept that the original indoor bell won’t work after G400 rings? If accepted, I can provide a simple wiring modification plan to help you make the doorbell work properly. You can use the G400’s built-in indoor chime instead of the original one，Referring to the figure below, the core change is that you need to use a power cord to connect between the Trans and Front pins of the original chime.
   

   

3. If you are unwilling to give up the original chime, I offer a new solution for your reference. You may need to purchase additional Aqara accessory（Single Switch Module T1 (With Neutral) or Dual Relay Module T2） and know how to modify the circuit and complete some automation settings in Aqara Home app, Please refer to my post on Aqara Forum.
