Press 1 time, means current temperature. Only 24.5 is displayed for me. No matter if the heating is on or off. Thermostat is set to 20, but heats up to 22. There’s something wrong.

It just shows the current temperature. What’s wrong here? It’s just warm. The app hasn’t updated. Go to the temperature chart.

To avoid additional power consumption caused by repeated startup and shutdown of the device, the current default temperature hysteresis of the W600 is set to 2℃. Under this setting, it will maintain a stable operating state without frequent startup and shutdown.
If you need the device to respond immediately when reaching the target temperature (without the aforementioned stable range), you can enable the temperature compensation function and adjust the compensation value to +2℃ or -2℃. This offsets the response delay caused by the default hysteresis and achieves instant temperature triggering.

I too dumb for this W600? I installed it for the second time (Zigbee to M3) and this is what happened: some temperature is displayed, not the set one, not the measured one. When I set the temperature high, e.g., 23 degrees, it heats up once and then nothing happens, the room gets colder and colder. A second W600 is the opposite: when it heats, it doesn’t stop heating. When I pair the W600 with the W100, I have to press the buttons multiple times before I can change the temperature. Is this all a huge bug or am I too stupid to install the W600? The compensation I tried, too, no changes.

the latest, there is no update. I saw also, that if I set temperature in the app, it don`t set it at the W600. Otherwise, if I set temperature on W600, it is shown immediately in the app. I tried also the hysteresis as descirbed, no change. 2 degrees of hysteresis is nonsense, I’m already wearing a coat in the room before it heats up again. I’ll pack the junk back up and reinstall my old Tado X.

Yep, the latest firmware is still buggy. One day its work another need to manualy change setpoint. One day starts to heat immidiently after change sleep scene to day scene, another widget stops to showing W600 parameters and need to recalibrate to open a nd start heating, even after that is needed to manualy set temperature to 30C to heat room from 18C to 20C (automatically valve was open only a little so temperature doesn’t rise).

I bought it new yesterday and installed it twice. After installation, they heat as they should, and then no more. As you said, you have to play around in the app and change the dial so that it heats up again. But then they might not stop heating at all. I saw on an app icon that my kitchen heater had wandered into the bathroom, showing a temperature of 26 degrees (???) and otherwise the button is blank, no icon, nothing. I’ll try it out tonight, and then I’ll pack everything up and send it back. Thermostats have been around for a long time; every manufacturer builds them, and even the old E1s worked really well, if they hadn’t fallen apart.
I’ll wait until Aqara learns how to program thermostats… until then, I’ll reinstall my Tado X.

I’m having the same problems. The programming is a disaster. I used to have the E1 thermostats, and everything was great.
It was simply launched onto the market before it was ready. I’m thinking of sending everything back.
On top of that, the schedule switched on this morning even though I had switched it off yesterday evening using the automation feature.

Mám tiež problém z W600. Takú zimu v byte asom ešte nemal Dal som kopec eur za ventily a môžem ich hodiť do koša. Ešte som aj odkúpil drahé senzory na meranie teploty. Ventil vôbec nereaguje na teplotu. Môže byť len on alebo off. Buď mám zimu alebo horúco. Automatizácia o ničom. Ventil E1 bol super, ale sa láme ten úchyt. Tam pekne regulovali nastavenú teplotu a radiátor hrial.
