I have 9 water sensors, 5 door sensors, G410 doorbell, and 4 smart plugs T2 switch and M3 Hub. All of my devices are Aqara. My water sensors randomly keep notifying me saying they are offline. I have good place where my smart plugs, my hub, my doorbell, even have a T2 switch. Does anyone else have this problem?
Yes. Same problem. Everything was working fine before first of the year but since then random disconnects all day. Have replaced batteries and even placed sensors right next to hub as a test - problem continues.
Reported widely on Reddit as well.

#AqaraTeam I’m seeing several posts here and on Reddit with users reporting issues with the leak sensors. Can anyone comment that this is being looked at?

I’ve had this exact problem with my water and vibration sensors specifically just in the past 1-2 months. Maybe my contact sensors would infrequently go offline but the vibration sensor is a real issue because I can’t arm the alarm system if one of the selected sensors are offline. I’ve even purchased smart plugs to extend the range and while that helped go from acceptable to excellent, it was still prone to going offline just like before.
Hi, @fautomator @klvnstudios @gtxteo @edandrhonda2012
So you all have connected the sensor to a M3 hub?
I have the impression that this problem is related to the gateway being disconnected from power, even temporarily. The second version, this one, is related to the landing of industrial voltage that causes the repeaters to break. I had such a problem (war) the light in the house is on for 8-10 hours a day. I connected these sensors directly to the gateways with backup power (without repeaters), now there are no problems, there is a constant binding.
Hmm don’t think so… I manage 3 homes with my account and in two I have a M3 hub with water sensors … and one of these homes is also affected by this issue lately. These two water sensors are the old version not T1 Running latest firmware
So for me it’s mysterious too
Hi, yes and I have no issues.
