This is going to be a game changer! not only because of the multi sensoriness of it but the battery aspect. This will make it so much cleaner to have it installed in a place where it can properly see everything!

Excited to get these to replace the standard motion sensors.

It would help my system greatly.

Let’s see how long the battery lasts and how much it can be fine tuned

A lot it looks like! Everything it wraps up into a small package is exciting.

I have been using FP2s with zones and huge improvement over PIR - if you can plug it in somewhere that is!!! Still use PIR where there is no power and are annoying as people say. 2/3yr battery life on the FP 300 will be amazing.

Indeed. The only reason I don’t purchase more FP2s is because of the need for a power cable. This might change that.

I’ve been using the Lafaer presence sensor and it’s OK — much too big — but I’m really hoping this new one nails it.

Would like to see what the battery life and response times are with this device, as it seems to use coin cell batteries I would be amazed if it lasts 2-3 months - especially if you have the device in a high traffic area and pets that have free roam around your home (like the two dogs me and my partner have acquired through the lose of a close friend and my late mother all with in 30 days).

But the 50 points is a bit unfair, as not everyone will have used the forums (like myself) as I use Slack and Discord for all things Aqara related (and Reddit).
