Share Your Use Case & Earn Rewards

We’d love to see how you use our new product in real-life scenarios! As part of this product trial event, we warmly encourage all trial users to post some pictures or a video showcasing your own use case in the forum.

:sparkles: Reward: Every participant who publishes a use case will receive 50 points as a thank-you, and outstanding contributors will be rewarded with even more! More details about the rewards will be available in the use case post.

To help spark ideas, we’ve shared several of our own example use cases below.

Besides the common scenarios mentioned above, P100 also offers many more ways to use it. For example, when attached to a fish food container, it can remind you to feed your fish every day; when placed on an elderly person’s medicine bottle, it lets you know whether they have remembered to take their medication; when attached to your fitness equipment, it can automatically track how often you work out. And there are even more creative uses we haven’t thought of yet.

Feel free to use them as inspiration, then make it your own. We can’t wait to see how you put the product to work!

Important Notes on Shipping

We’ll start shipping orders gradually from early February, but delivery timelines will vary by region. Most of you can expect your P100 in mid-February. We’re working hard to get them to you as soon as possible, but we want to set realistic expectations. Thank you in advance for your patience!

I am from Romania. I would stick the P100 inside my delivery box. It can tell when the package is dropped, moved, or tilted. I will integrate this in my current Home Assistant setup.

Hello,

I’m interested in trying the Aqara Multi-State Sensor P100. I am from Spain.

I plan to use the sensor to monitor the open/close status of my main entrance door and also to detect vibrations on a specific window pane as a security measure.

Thank you for this opportunity!

Hi,

I’m interested in trying out the Aqara Multi-State Sensor P100 for my mailbox.

It would be great to finally know whether the mail carrier has already delivered our letters — no more guessing.

This would be my first product from the Wishlist for 2026 post :tada:, and I’m hoping that the vibration feature will eventually also be available via Thread in the future.

I’m based in Germany :de:

USA, I would love to try out the new P100 in numerous ways. Door and Windows that don’t work with current offerings, as a vibration sensor for sensitive stored and protected items and more.

This sensor might be the ONE…

Hello from Ireland,
I am interested in its use for exhaust fan control as a toilet flush sensor, mailbox notifications and making secret triggers for automations. Hidden in a book for example and when you tilt the book, it is activated. Or attaching it to old twist knobs to make use of old style switches.
