How to Redeem Points

The Aqara Forum Points redemption system is still under development and not yet launched. However, in the near future, you’ll be able to exchange points for exciting rewards, including:

• Aqara smart devices
• Priority access to new product trials
• Premium software features
• Coupons
  Stay tuned for updates!

How to Check Your Points

1. Go to your personal Profile.

• feature integration priorization picked by the person in question

Most people in this forum are here because they are interested in Aqara products so give aways would be the obvious choice. Invitations to releases of new products or factory visits etc. would also be very cool but given for costly such things would be I think it’s better to reward more people with smaller prices than having a very small set of user that get a huge prize

Would be really nice to have the total amount of points instead of counting them under the profile. But nice feature overall, keep it up!

Update: You can see it as the last item under Stats in your Summary. Not the best user experience tho

I can see how many points I received for each activity, but I cannot see my total number of points when I click on my profile. Anyone else having this problem? Is there any option to add that?

Take a screenshot of your summary, put in ChatGPT and ask for the total

Very likely just delayed. As long as they appear on the bottom of you profile page I highly expect the total count at the top to update soon.
