G400 disconnecting at night

I recently installed the G400 and I have a few problems with it so far. I’m in Ireland for reference.
Every night around 8-9 pm the camera ends up going of line. Then at 6-7am the camera comes back on again and works normally though out the day.

What is going on here ?

Same thing happens with all my aqara devices almost every week, once a week from 6 pm to 7 am mountain time US. All my aqara stuff goes offline or everything stops working. I thought I was the only one that was experiencing this?

Tried the privacy setting but it just turned of again .

Hello, what parameter did you change, can I see a screenshot?

I just turned of the privacy setting but it made no difference. It’s just really weird that it turns off and on around the same time each day.

Do you sometimes not use the security system, “came home”?
