I bought the Aqara Doorbell Camera Hub on 22 Aug and set it up the following day. Followed all instructions and managed to get it to work - running on batteries and installed a SD card on the chime. Everything worked for about 2 days - managed to capture newspaper deliveryman every day as well as people who pass by my apartment.
Then it just stopped working. I would get the alert that lingering was detected but when I click on the alert, nothing was captured. There is also no event captured in the history. Over the past few days it deteriorated until the point that me and my family members leaving the apartment were not captured as well.
I’ve followed the instructions to the tee, even tweaking the settings to turn of proximity trigger. But it still fails to work.
